Java final tomorrow...
Mixed feelings about that..
Good luck to everyone on your finals!
Ugh..I feel so tired.
So ready for winter break.
So not ready for finals.
Now that I think about it, luck does exist, in a sense, depending on your definition of it.
For me, luck is how close destiny (or actuality) is from your desired outcome.
And the phrase "good luck" has basically become synonymous to "(hope you) do well on your test" or "jia you" or something. "Fighting!" as Koreans say lol. Maybe it's "Hwaiting?"
In any case, both mean the same, and I've heard it both ways.
So back to the luck thing.
You could really wish to get into a certain college. "Good luck" would then be if you do get chosen, which wouldn't be because of luck, but because it's God's plan for you to go there.
"Bad luck" would then be if you didn't get in. And it would be because it wasn't/isn't God's will for you to go there.
I consider myself really unlucky in many instances.
However, in some areas I consider myself really very lucky. Pun? lol ;)
That's just what I'm thinking of currently..
Though I should be thinking about if-statements, loops, arrays, strings, and other java-related crap.
Frickin gov test...got 83%...
Couldn't remember any of the stuff from chapters 17 and 18...since I didn't really go over it again..
I need shampoo....
