Not much happened today.

Went to the orchestra room after getting off the bus to drop off my violin. And Phillip asked me to post a poster thing in my first hour classroom.

It said "I'm on a boat/ Voting Phillip Hsu for STUCO Secretary"

It had this picture on it:

I'm On A Boat

Except probably without the "Parental Advisory/Explicit Content" label. Lol.

But we had a sub today, so I couldn't really put it up. And it was another teacher's room. Sorry Phillip. I just sort of left it on my desk, which is the closest one to the door...Hopefully it was enough...

Announcements...we "said" the pledge of allegiance to either a poster on the wall with the pledge on it, or the flag that was lying on the table along with a bunch of assorted crap. Then they read a poem. Since April is "poetry month," they said that they were going to read a poem every Monday. Oh boy. At least it might allow me some time to sleep, especially since first hour is health, where the teacher doesn't really give a crap and the class is so easy...we have a test on Wednesday...should be a piece of cake.

Anyways, we watched Miracle, a hockey movie. It was interesting. But I thought that the coach, although he was good, was still a little too harsh. Seemed to me like he didn't know how harmful being pushed so close to the limit is. We didn't finish the movie.

In language arts, we continued reading A Midsummer Night's Dream. It was pretty boring. Oh, and we got new seats. I almost fell asleep in that class. But the teacher would've seen and called me out on it. Then give me a bunch of crap and then some about it. That would not be good. Nor would it be worth it.

Lunch. First, I went to the library to print out my DBQ, since I'd forgotten to do that in the morning. Took like two minutes. Then went downstairs to get some lunch.

Orchestra. Teacher wasn't there, had a substitute who must be somewhat hard-of-hearing. I think she skipped over my name. Oh well. Not like Mr. Nacy really cares. We were supposed to do secitonals, but we basically did absolutely nothing in the first 6-8 minutes. Then we did a whole orchestra run-through of the first and last movements of Bloch. Phillip conducted. I played pizzicato through the first movement, and some of the last movement (because we stopped at one place). Then Phillip used a cowbell for the metronome. I decided that I didn't want to play pizz. anymore, so I played normally. Then we did sectionals. Didn't really help much. Oh well.

AP Euro. No one did the reading that was supposed to be due today, because the sub last Friday didn't tell us we had reading. Now we're all behind, and have a crapload of reading to do, since we still have reading due tomorrow. Dangggggitttt....

And frick, I got a B- on the last quiz -_- @#$%!

Spanish. We did a speaking activity thing, then we played bingo. I've never won Bingo yet. Basically Bingo and Battleships and some team games are the only ones I can't win in. Phooey. My goal in that class is going to be to win Bingo at least once. Since I have 100% in that class right now.

Pre-Calc. Worked on our review packet the whole time. I forgot how to do a lot of it. Oh well. The test is Wednesday, the equations are on our ACT program on our graphing calculators which we get to use on the test, I'm half-way done witht the review packet, and we have one more day to work on it. And I have an 103.27% in that class.

Now I'm pretty much bored. I'm going to start doing the AP Euro reading after dinner. Which is right about now.

Breath - Breaking Benjamin

I see nothing in your eyes
and the more I see the less I like.

Is it over yet, in my head?

I know nothing of your kind
and I won't reveal your evil mind.

Is it over yet?
I can't win.

So sacrifice yourself, and let me have what's left.
I know that I can find the fire in your eyes.
I'm going all the way, get away, please.

You take the breath right out of me.
You left a hole where my heart should be.
You got to fight just to make it through,
'Cause I will be the death of you.

This will be all over soon.
Pour salt into the open wound.

Is it over yet?
Let me in.

So sacrifice yourself, and let me have what's left.
I know that I can find the fire in your eyes.
I'm going all the way, get away, please.

You take the breath right out of me.
You left a hole where my heart should be.
You got to fight just to make it through,
'Cause I will be the death of you.

I'm waiting,
I'm praying,
Realize,
Start hating.

You take the breath right out of me.
You left a hole where my heart should be.
You got to fight just to make it through,
'Cause I will be the death of you.
