Yeah, I haven't posted anything in a while..
I'll try to make things brief. Lol let's see how that turns out.
Let's see how much I remember...
Thursday.
Zero hour + 1st hour was the physics test. Not too sure how well or how poorly I did on that..
2n hour of physics we did some crap on waves, but I didn't really pay attention, since I was looking over stuff for java.
Lol for some reason or another, Schmidt butted into a conversation between I think Sanvy, Madhav, Rashmi and some other girl? I don't really remember, but he was like "Did she call you an SOB?"
And then he went on to say, "My mom called me an SOB. After she said that, I replied, 'Well mom, at least I'm the son!'"
Yeah...Mason and Nancy, who were sitting in front of me, and I were like wtf..
Then Schmidt said how he didn't like riding airplanes and about how when he was younger, hhe and his neighbor rode in his neighbor's airplane.
Then he said something about something he did that he got punished for. DOn't remember exactly.
Third hour Spanish was basically charades again.
Lunch, nothing memorable.
Orchestra, we had a really weird sub.
He was giving all this crap to this kid who plays the bass, asking him if he knew how to play the bass just because it was on the floor next to him.
Then he asked if the bass was a viola.
And he also asked what the differencebetween a fiddle and a violin was.
Weird guy.
Java was the test.
It wasn't too difficult. Hopefully I didn't fail it.
In calc, we did 8.2. Which is integration by parts. Or something like that.
Gov, like all other times, we did nothing.
Judy and Lily missed school today..
Friday.
In Lit, we didn't really do anything.
Eschenbrenner read us some of Love That Dog.
We did another poetry analysis in small groups on a Robert Frost poem called "Design,"
and took notes over the Petrarchan and Shakespearean sonnets.
Got back the poetry analysis that we did last time.
What else....oh we did this thing for bonus points. A little trivia thing, pretty much, where the teacher asked each student a trivia question. Bonus points if answered correctly, of course. We only had enough time to do two rounds. I got the first question right. It was asking which comet appears every 70 years or something, and the answer was Halley's Comet. Second question was "what popular snack did George(?) Crum invent?" Apparently it's potato chips...
Spanish. Reviewed the charades/vocab words in small groups.
Then we did the quiz thing with the clickers. Lol I like those clicker things.
Brings out my competitive side. I usually get top three on those, in Spanish class.
This is the first time we did them in this class though.
I ended up getting second place.
First place was Matt. The one I couldn't remember what his name was and still don't remember what his last name is.
Didn't see how many points we each got, so I'm not sure how much he won by.
Oh, we also watched MHStv...it was kind of weird...the lunchlady chronicles thing.
One part of it was funny though. This one dude who was holding some boxes tripped, and then an asan lunchlady laughed at him from over the counter.
It was funny, because she's Amy's mom, and I actually know her. So it was kinda weird too lol...
Bleh lunch was lunch.
Oh, and in the lunchline, something smelled really bad...it was so eew..
Orchestra was kind of interesting.
At the beginning of class, Marissa asked to go to the bathroom, and the sub (same as yesterday's) gave her a bunch of crap about choosing to talk to friends between lunch and class rather than go use the bathroom. He let her go anyways.
Before Harsha began to conduct, Marissa asked, rather politely, "Harsha, could you stand on a chair or something? I can't see you."
Everyone just started laughing at that..
Th first movement was epic fail, because Harsha was conducting waaay too slowly. Then for a while, we couldn't figure out the tempo (and we/Harsha couldn't really keep it anyways).
Through the whole thing, people kept comenting "Harsha you suck!"
For a while, Jenkins played while wearing fingerless gloves that, from what I could tell, could turn into mittens?
Oh, and for some of it, half of the viola section just left. They came back though.
We ended up using the metronome and starting at D.
Finally, after the bell that signals the end of second lunch rang, we finished the first movement.
Then we played the waltz without a metronome. For some of it, four of the firt violins started playing standing up...
Played the finale without a metronome after that.
And after that, we just packed up..
Java, Dierker wasn't here.
The sub was either black or Indian, and he had a limp. Talked really slowly and softly too.
We just did javabat. Three of those things.
Super simple, and took less than 10 minutes.
Rest of class, we just played games online.
Ravali and Ellen (and Meredith, I think, but pretty much mostly Ravali and Ellen) wrote a prank letter to Eric...
It was pretty bad...
Oh well. Lol.
In calc, we just did 8.3 and got our tests back.
Lol got above 90% whoopee....
Gov, Johnston "checked" vocab, and group 3 presented.
Besides that, we didn't really do anything.
We got to church really early for Cris's farewell surprise party.
Lol, we thought that thing on the window was the heater, but it was actually the AC.
Great, I got blown by all that cold wind for nothing.
It was pretty cold in there at first, but I got numb to the cold pretty soon.
Not sure how surprised Cris was. He said that he knew that we were going to plan something surprising, like chips and soda after flame but didn't expect Trek and Flame to be there and to have that much food and have the whole night dedicated to it.
The decorations were pretty nice, I guess. Simple, but nice.
Lol there were posters relating to Mario on the walls. And one randomly of Sonic.
We wrote stuff on notecards with stickers on the corner to Cris.
Lol and he got this basket filled with bags of Swedish Fish and bottles of Diet Snapple. Lol. Probably to replace his Mountain Dew.
We played Ultimate Ninja, since that's his favorite game.
I got 3rd place in the first game, which was a demo with all of the people who knew how to play it, so that the people who didn't know how to play it watched in order to see what it was all about.
Second game was with everyone. I actually won that one.
Third time, I got second place. Lily got first lol.
Bleh, people got way too close to me for comfort.
And Hongbo was a creeper, going after me in the game and following me before we start so that he'd be closer to me in the game and kill me right away.
And Shaun (sp?) was really weird......
Lol I actually got Andrew out.
It was kind of sad, because Cris got out first in the second game, and got out rather early on in the last game.
After Ultimate Ninja, we saw a sideshow of Cris..
Then we did a big group, popcorn-styled prayer.
After the prayer, Cris said some stuff.
Then we cleaned up.
Four people rubbed balloons on my head, to watch the hair stick to the balloon.
Hongbo did it twice, Shaun did it once, Shawn did it once, and this Orion kid I've never talked to kind of did it.
Ruined my hair. Ugh.
A lot of people showed up for it though...It was like an asian party.
Well, it was but still.......
People standing around, eating, and it was pretty crowded..
Today was really boring.
Barely did anything.
Didn't do anything note-worthy..
Oh, two female college students came over to our house for dinner.
Maybe earlier, but I wasn't aware of it if they were.
So tired...
