Yeah, it's been a while since I've posted anything. Relatively long time, I guess.
I won't talk about these past few school days though.
Well Friday, I got sick, so I missed school.
Headache, stomach ache, and I think a fever.
Fever went down though, and the stomach ache dulled down a little.
Didn't do much at home, except sleep and eat.
Did minimal studying for the ACT...was too worn out to really concentrate.
Flame, at least 6 people commented on my hair...
I didn't really have time to put it up in a ponytail (it takes longer to put it up than to leave my hair down), and was too lazy to change it, since that's how it looked like all day. Since I was also too lazy to put it up in a ponytail if I was just going to stay home.
It was alright, I guess. DD forgot his powerpoint, so he went back home to get it while the rest of us just talked amongest ourselves.
Then we played Fruits Basket Upset...didn't play for very long...
Then had other people answer some of the questions we had written down while David was getting his powerpoint.
No offense, but some of the answers were less than satisfactory....
Then DD gave his presentation, starting out with a picture of a piece of stinky tofu that was too white/yellow to be a real piece of stinky tofu..
Man, I want some stinky tofu right now lol...
After the presentation, which was alright, I guess, we sang songs.
Talked a while with Josh and Eric afterwards.
Mostly talked about SAT, school..don't really remember what else..
Then we went back to the church.
It was interesting, waiting until we were able to leave...
Left pretty late, as usual..
All in all, I guess Friday was a good day.
Saturday was the ACT in the morning until noon.
Got there at 7:30...thought we were the first class, but I'm not sure now.
If it meant anything, the number I got was 6.
Which I mildly noted that it's the same number as my birthmonth and day..lol..
Christine, Nancy, Mason, and Rashmi were in the same class as I was.
The test itself was alright, I guess.
A little difficult to gauge how well (or how badly) I did, since this was the first time..
We ended at 11:52 about. Well, the writing section ended at 11:50.
But yeah..
Afterwards, walked downstairs with Chistine, Nancy, and Mason, then Nancy and Mason went to their cars or something. I think they parked in front of the school?
Christine and I just talked about summer stuff, and school, while we waited in the gym lobby for our parents to arrive. She's very talkative..
Then my mom came to pick me up, and I drove home.
After a little while, getting changed and etc, we went to the mall to eat lunch.
Interesting talk over the fortune cookie my mom got and gave to me lol.
Afterwards, we went to Macy's, since we had about 30 minutes before I was supposed to meet Judy and Lily at Borders.
Ended up buying two dresses. Lol...
Great, one I can use for New York..
The other one...? Not sure.
Turnabout? But I don't know who's going or not.
We should go in an asian mob lol.
Anyways, afterwards, met with Judy and Lily at Borders.
We left after a while, and Judy went off to shop by herself.
So Lily and I just wandered through some stores.
Went inside Gamestop, since it was nearby.
After a while, left towards the carousal. Wow, I just realized that "carousal" has the word "arousal" in it..
ANYWAYS....
Not really sure of where to go, I suggested we just go to PacSun, since it was nearby.
Then we took turns to choose stores.
Lily chose AE, so we went there. Nothing good there.
Afterwards, I think I chose Wet Seal?
Well, we actually bought two shirts each, since they had this buy one, get one for one cent thing.
Then Lily chose to go to Victoria's Secret.
I got pretty suspicious at this...And she had a secretive smile when I questioned her motive to go into such a store. Secretive with a hint of mischief. Lol.
I was pretty sure why she wanted to go in there then.
Lol.
Didn't end up buying anything. Looked at some stuff, and sprayed stuff and got our hands greasy with lotion lol.
Then I chose to go to Icing, since it's across from Victoria's Secret.
Ridiculed some of the stuff they had there. We actually did that in all of the stores we went to lol.
Left, then started toward Claire's since Lily wanted to buy a charm thing for her phone.
Then we saw a stand with cellphones, and this thing of cellphone charms on it.
The two guys running the shop were weird..
The bald on with glasses asked if we wer Chinese, and we said yes.
While Lily talked to Judy over the phone, the guy commented on how we could speak Chinese.
Afterwards, he started saying how he wanted to learn how to speak Chinese, and asked his partner (who looked like one of thos wanna be asian gangsters lol..) if he knew how to speak Chinese. Apparently that guy speaks Cantonese.
The bald guy apparently didn't know that Madarin is different than Canto lol...
Anyways, talked a little more while looking for a suitable phone charm, then Judy came along.
Ended up choosing this phone charm of a cat with some blue crystal-like stuff.
Afterwards, we just wandered around, kind of.
Went to AMC to see if anything good was playing.
Ended up choosing to see The Lovely Bones.
Missed the beginning few minutes.
It was a pretty good movie, I guess. A little strange though.
Interesting how the main character and that guy named Ray whom I couldn't tell what nationality he's from exactly and apparently is British, were in middle school and loved each other like that...The main character was 14, I think...
Then she was stupid enough to go with a stranger (well, neighbor, but she didn't know him well), and she ended up getting killed. (Not a spoiler.)
Lol the people sitting to the left of us (we were in the last row, sort of toward the center) were two(?) black girls. At this one part, they were like "Aw hailno!"
And they, like us, were whispering about the characters' stupidity and whatnot lol.
After the movie, I got something to drink while Judy and Lily ordered food from Bread Co.
Met up with them at Bread Co.
Oh, after the movie, called Phillip about ping pong with him, Eric, and a few people from school.
Asked my mom, she agreed. Called Phillip and told him they could come but he called later to say that something came up, but didn't say what.
At Bread Co, he called again, and said that "things went back down," so they could come over. Apparently Eric was thinking the same thing I was thought of at first when he said that lol...
Anyways, my mom called, and apparently Allen wanted a subway. That brat. Lol jk.
Anyways, went downstairs to the food court to get Allen his subway.
Left my bag of clothes (just the two shirts, my mom had the other stuff), so Judy called and said that they'd bring it to my house when they come over.
After getting home, I got the basement cleaned up a little bit.
Then Judy and Lily came, bringing the wrong bag of clothes. Lol.
Then Phillip, Eric, and Harsha came.
After a little while, the Dings came.
By the Dings, I mean Kevin and Helen. Lol.
I pretty much just played pingpong the whole time.
Won first two games against Harsha and Phillip (it was towards the end, and the first games that anyone played that night), then started sucking and lost against Eric, then Phillip.
Played against Kevin and Harsha with Eric. We beat them, I guess.
But we didn't even finish the game. They actually thought that we'd won but it was only 8-4.
I was like "hey, isn't the score 8..." but Eric was laughing and saying "shh.."
Soon after, everyone left.
House seemed really empty afterwards.
Phillip left his jacket.
Sunday was alright, got up and took a shower.
Allen made us late to church...
Sunday School was interesting.
The milk thing tastes pretty good.
And maybe it's not expired...maybe it's just the "sell by" date? I don't know, I'm not sure what it says on the bottome of the can exactly...
Bleh...homework sucks..
I don't want to face anything when you're not there to take all the pain away...
